We run on open-source infrastructure on purpose. You should always be able to take your site and leave — we’d just rather you didn’t want to.
Support tickets get answered by someone who can see your actual server, not a macro pulled from a knowledge base.
How we’re built
Honest Servers runs on open-source hosting infrastructure rather than a proprietary black box. In practice, that means faster fixes when something breaks, no forced upsells baked into the control panel, and a platform you can move away from if we ever stop earning your trust. You don’t need to understand the plumbing — you just get the benefit of it: a host with nothing to hide because there’s nothing hidden to begin with.
